ApexMail does not sell personal information. We have never sold personal data to third parties, and we never will.

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:

  • Right to Know — Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we collect, use, disclose, and share.
  • Right to Delete — Request deletion of personal data we have collected from you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale — Direct a business that sells personal data to stop selling it.

ApexMail’s Position

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for monetary consideration. This means:

  • We do not share email addresses, names, or any personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party data aggregators.
  • Our revenue comes from paid subscriptions — not from selling or monetising user data.
  • We have no plans to change this model.

How We Use Your Data

We only process personal data to provide our email delivery services. This includes:

  • Account management and authentication
  • Email delivery and event tracking (opens, clicks, bounces)
  • Analytics and performance reporting
  • Compliance with legal obligations

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of your CCPA rights, submit a request to:

We will verify your identity before processing any request. We will respond within 45 days as required by the CCPA.

Non-Discrimination

  • Provide a different level or quality of services

Authorised Agents

You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent’s authorisation and may contact you directly to verify your identity.
