The catalog price is from €1,750/month (€17,500/year at 10 months for 12). Custom volume, deployment, and professional-service costs are negotiated and stated only in a written proposal or order form.
Procurement Review
A qualified buyer can request the current DPA, subprocessor information, security overview, architecture material, and applicable service terms. Invoice, purchase-order, or alternative payment terms are available only where approved in the contract.
Security and Compliance
- ApexMail supports GDPR-oriented processing documentation and offers a DPA for review.
- HIPAA availability and a BAA are not currently offered.
- Any SLA, data-residency scope, security questionnaire response, or private-deployment commitment is controlled by the signed agreement.
Billing Lifecycle
Enterprise is not purchasable through generic public Checkout. The contract or approved billing arrangement is the entitlement authority. For the public self-service plans, Stripe Checkout and the verified Stripe subscription webhook are required before a paid plan is granted.
