1. Policy Statement

ApexMail strictly prohibits the use of its platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk email. This Anti-Spam Policy is part of our Acceptable Use Policy and applies to all customers.

2. Permission Requirement

All recipients of email sent through ApexMail must have given explicit, verifiable opt-in consent to receive email from the sender. The following do not constitute consent:

  • Purchased, scraped, or rented email lists.
  • Email addresses harvested from public websites.
  • Consent obtained through pre-checked boxes or bundled terms.
  • Consent transferred from a third party without direct confirmation.

3. Sending Obligations

Every email sent through ApexMail must:

  • Include a functional unsubscribe link that processes requests within 24 hours.
  • Clearly identify the sender’s name and physical address.
  • Use a truthful and non-deceptive subject line.
  • Match the content to the consent given (no bait-and-switch).
  • Honor unsubscribe requests promptly and permanently.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

ApexMail monitors bounce rates, complaint rates, and spam trap hits across all accounts. Accounts exceeding the following thresholds are subject to review and enforcement action:
